RESPONSIBILITIES

Capability to take on a variety of tasks including but not limited to

  1. Source for highly qualified candidates using the strategies from the training and tools provided

  2. Create campaigns using the provided tools for a bigger pool of highly qualified candidates

  3. Send messages to potential clients with the goal of acquiring them as a customer and getting vacancies for the company to fill

  4. Create write-ups for each candidate and score their competency using the tools provided

  5. Send messages to all short-listed candidates and they go through the outreach process.

  6. Heavy use of LinkedIn

  7. Heavy use of Excel

  8. Following our systems and processes

  9. Daily training

JOB SPECIFICS

  1. Location: Southend, Essex, and home hybrid

  2. Salary: Guaranteed 30k potential to increase salary to 50k and potential to earn over 100k a year including lucrative bonuses

  3. Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 Monday to Thursday Southend, office location, additional hours in the evening from home and on a Friday from home. (32 hours a week in the office, 13 hours a week from home, 45 hours a week total)

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Excellent organisation and record keeping.

  2. Graduate calibre, you don’t need a degree but we are looking for people that are smart. The technical research can be quite complicated. We appreciate lots of smart people are not necessarily academic but we do seek a minimum of 5 x A-C GCSE.

  3. There is a lot to do, we are looking for people that have the ability to work with urgency

  4. Strong attention to detail when it comes to managing data, following processes and getting things right!

  5. Good experience navigating Excel / strong IT literacy

  6. Being comfortable following process

  7. Ability to work unsociable hours from home outside of our 9-6 Monday to Thursday in office schedule to meet with our USA customer base. 4 hours work from home required on Friday mornings.
