Upon first contact, we establish the candidate’s motivation and discuss their field and level of expertise. We then compare their career thus far with our available vacancies, scour the market for new openings and monitor suitable roles with impending cessations.
Before requesting permission to submit the candidate’s CV we find out as much about the position as possible to determine whether it will be genuinely interesting to the candidate. Assuming the candidate wishes to apply and the client is happy to schedule a meeting, we assist by elaborating on the job specifications and prepping the candidate for the interview.
